Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday

  • 9am – 7pm

Saturday – Sunday

  • 10am – 6pm

Evening Hours ($5/hr rate increase)

Monday – Friday

  • 7pm – 10pm

Saturday – Sunday

  • 6pm – 10pm

After 10pm, rates increase $10/hr

  • The minimum rental is 2 hours.

  • You should receive an email confirmation within one hour after booking via email.

  • If you do not see an email confirmation, please check your junk folder or just give us a call at 1-310-598-1838.

  • Rentals after regular operating hours increase in price per hour.

  • We accept cash, credit, check, or PayPal.

  • The time booked is the time charged.

  • If you go over your booked time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee studio availability (an additional charge may be incurred).

  • Payment is due the same day of your rental, either at the beginning or end of your session.

Casting Directors: If you would like to use Breakdown Services’ Eco Cast system, just let us know when you book with us. It’s free!

Our Booking Policies

  • 2 hours minimum rental.
  • An email confirmation should be sent within one hour after booking via email. (If you do not see an email confirmation, please check your junk folder or give us a call at 1-310- 598-1838).
  • Rentals/services after regular business hours will have an hourly increase rate.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit, check, or via PayPal.
  • Payment must be settled on the same day as your session. (unless other arrangements have been approved by us).
  • Time booked is the time charged -24hrs notice is required for any change/adjustment in time without penalty.
  • If you go over your booked time, we can’t guarantee studio availability or you may be incurred an additional charge.
  • On the day of your booking, if studio is available, you are welcome to check-in 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Also at the end of your session, if available, we may allow you a few minutes past your scheduled time to vacate the studio.
  • Please make sure to bring a sign-in sheet for your actors. However, if you don’t have one, we will gladly provide you with one.
  • Each studio comes with one parking space. (Additional parking might be available to you, but please check with us beforehand).
  • While occupying the studio/s you are liable for damages to the property and any rented equipment.
  • If you’re interested in our facility for a shoot, please call us for a quote.
  • As a courtesy, please inform us if you are planning to hold an “open” casting call for your session.
  • Absolutely no smoking in our studios or building, no open flames or weapons of any sort. (props are okay).
  • No animals – except for trained and/or service animals.
